Do You Remember ....??? (fudd) (no replies)

Our Twin Grandsons Bryce and Chance are up for a few days. We had a Sunday Afternoon Range Session. After the first several rounds, the Range Master gave them permission to reset the targets. They did well all the way thru. Seated or standing. Learned the “gun must ALWAYS be considered to be LOADED!” “ALWAYS point the Barrel DOWNRANGE.” “NEVER shoot a BB GUN at steel or hard surfaces.” As well as more courteous and attentive lessons. Great time! Pop and Nana (Periodic Table Shi...

I’m certain that you have noticed this perfect ARC of Emojis on the Main Page of the Forum. It looks like a weather map with a Cold Front moving in! Ha. It’s been holding for days. I’m sure it’s the reason you’ve been reluctant to post comments, and shuffle the order of posts. Well, it’s OK! I took a screen shot yesterday and today. It’s preserved. We can all comment again. Yaaaaaay. [attachment 9627 231F9BE9-B0E3-4174-9E74-0DAAB44AA261.jpeg] Come out and play. I’ve posted dozens of ...

[attachment 9625 455AC374-2729-43E7-B0C3-981A93B64739.jpeg] This is that brand new BARNES ULTRALIGHT 50 Caliber slug. 146 grains in 50 Caliber. I made a “slug” that weighs less then a round ball! The .490” (which is called a 50 but math shows you it’s smaller - so lighter ... but even that is 177.3 grains.). My full 50 caliber slug is 146 grains. Fine. Great. But is it a stunt or will it fly You tell me. See above! And THAT was through a 4X Simmons Shotgun scope as dusk was gathering!...

HIGHER TECH INSTALLED!! (borg). (2 replies)

No ... not in me. In the Outryder... Quickly .... when you compress a coil spring, it wants to twist in the direction it was wrapped. On a strong spring like Outryder (if built with max spring), you can feel the torsion. It can add to the resistance during Cocking. There is a solution. There’s yet another and another and another and another additional step to add to everything. At a certain point you’ve sucked every dime of profit out of a price point. But, since I want to show you what the...

[attachment 9619 741B0F7F-B153-4A6B-BCF4-6912F6349FD7.jpeg] Complex stock shape. Stock mount bolt has to go through all these curves accurately. Must transfer that interior indicator mark, up, out, over, down, around, up, and back through. [attachment 9620 1226E402-7691-4AAC-951E-3BCA96B1648D.jpeg] Best you can you transfer “Square, Vertical, Depth, Center to Center”. You Pilot drill and Probe .... unless you want to just body putty over a few bad holes .... haha. And then .... ...

What’s He been Doing? (what was that) (6 replies)

Getting Ye Olde Airgun Shoppe running again has has a list of chores associated with it. Many now complete. As I’ve sold rifles and pistols, most people want to purchase the tooling for the Custom Projectiles to get the most from my Airgun. Of course; this always requires me to remake whatever I’ve sold. I know there should be a shop set of every conceivable mold, attachments, handles and such. And spares. As well as a Parts Room stocked with items to pull off shelves ... or have the robot...
