[attachment 8254 IMG_7333.JPG] Must replace wirn out bearings and busted journals on power hammer. These are the Replacements. These journals are nearly 11 long. 1 7/16 shaft. I bought these as salvage probably 35 years ago. Good thing I had them. Price those out. Phewweee.... The ones on the Power Hammer now are damaged. The hammer had a run away once due to me foolishly applying some belt dressing to the flat belts. The run away damaged the top bearings. But these are much heavier un...

Many years ago, as part of Barnes, we had a Gallery. I filled it with Folk Art paintings, wooden toys, Wind Driven Whirygigs, Jewelry, Stained Glass, Carved Glass, knives, furniture, Ironwork, .... you know .... stuff. Im organizing and making room to set up the Forging Shop. I am finding Sooooooooooooo much Precision Work. Dies of all kinds. Shearing Dies. Forming Dies. Embossing Dies. Drawer after drawer after drawer after CABINET of drawers. I must be 347 years old. Minimum. [attachment 8249 IMG_7284.JPG] When I shuffle off, you guys please remember this stuff is here. The presses, rolling mill, dies .... could produce work for centuries. I hope it doesnt end up in a melting crucible. Amazing .....

Now .... thats worth a wagon ride. This one has been purchased by a Knife Dealer, in order to display my Current Work at Major Knife Shows. (And offer it for resale). Hope he needs another after the next show.
